These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of 3 Points Travel Ltd,  located at www.3pointstravel.co.uk.​​

1. Definitions

 

In these Terms:

​

  • “Agency”, “Client”, “Services”, “Booking” carry the meanings set out in the main 3 Points Travel Ltd Terms & Conditions.

  • “The Club” refers to 3 Points Travel’s loyalty programme offering time-limited trips and a points-based rewards system.

  • “Points” means the loyalty credits earned as described in The Club.

  • “Rewards” means discounts, merchandise, access privileges, or trips redeemable through Points.

2. Eligibility:

​

  • Trips posted under The Club are time-limited and exclusive, with prices and availability valid only for the period stated at the time of offer.

  • Once the stated time period or availability has lapsed, prices, inclusions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • The Club price does not guarantee space on any flight, hotel, or match ticket allocation until a booking is confirmed with payment.

  • Membership of The Club and earning of Points is open to any client who books a qualifying trip via The Club.

  • Points are earned only for trips booked directly through The Club. Points are not earned for bookings made through third parties or outside The Club system.

3. Points accumulation:

​

  • Each qualifying trip booked via The Club earns Points as described on the website.

  • Points are awarded after travel is completed.

  • Points are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold, gifted, or combined across accounts.

 

4. Rewards and redemption:

​

  • Points may be redeemed once the required number of Points for a Reward level is reached.

  • Once a Reward is redeemed, all accumulated Points are consumed and the balance resets to zero.

  • Only one Reward may be applied per booking or redemption event.

  • Rewards cannot be stacked unless explicitly stated.

  • Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted with an equivalent Reward at 3 Points Travel’s discretion.

 

6. Points expiry:

  • Points remain valid as long as the Member continues to book trips through The Club.

  • Points expire after 24 months of no completed bookings.

  • Expired Points cannot be reinstated.

​7. Quotes:

  • Personalised quotes generated by 3 Points Travel for The Club are valid for 24 hours from the time they are issued.

  • Should a personalised quote lapse, a new quote may be subject to revised pricing, availability, or dates.

  • 3 Points Travel Ltd is not liable for price changes after a quote has expired.

 

9. Booking and payment

  • All bookings made under The Club are subject to the standard 3 Points Travel booking and payment terms.

  • Full payment is required at time of booking unless a deposit option is offered.

  • Failure to pay within specified timeframes may result in cancellation and loss of Points for that trip.

 

10. Cancellation & Changes

  • The 3 Points Travel cancellation policy apply to all bookings, including those made through The Club.

  • If a booking for which a Reward has been redeemed is cancelled, the Reward is forfeited and Points are not reinstated

11. Free trip reward via The Club: 

​

  • The Free Trip Reward (earned at the top Points level) is subject to a maximum value cap and applies to flights, accommodation, and match tickets for designated trips or dates as specified by The Club.

  • The free trip may only be redeemed on selected time-limited trips or Club Drops, subject to availability at the time of redemption.

  • Match tickets included will be standard category tickets, unless otherwise stated. Ticket category, seating location, and pairing cannot be guaranteed.

  • Transfers, upgrades, hospitality, additional nights, or other optional extras are not included unless explicitly stated.

  • The free trip reward has no cash alternative, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or resold.

12. Modification and termination:

​

  • 3 Points Travel Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate The Club, Points accrual, Rewards, or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Changes take effect immediately upon posting at www.3pointstravel.co.uk unless otherwise specified.

12. Governing law:

​

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
