These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of 3 Points Travel Ltd,  located at www.3pointstravel.co.uk.​​

1. Introduction 

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use 3 Points Travel Ltd if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

 

2. Definitions

  • "Agency" refers to 3 Points Travel Ltd. The terms "3 Points Travel", "3 Points", "we", "us" and "our" pertain to a travel booking company situated in the UK. 

  • "Client" refers to the person or entity booking travel services.

  • "Services" refers to travel-related services including but not limited to flights, accommodations, match day tickets, and travel insurance.

3. Booking and Payments

  1. All bookings are subject to availability. Where a trip cannot be arranged, clients are entitled to a full refund from purchase, or can accept alternative dates provided by the agency. 

  2. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  3. Payment methods accepted: all major Debit and Credit cards, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  4. If you have booked a mystery football tour package with 3 Points Travel via the deposit option, the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before your departure date. At the time of booking you will receive confirmation of your balance due date. You will receive a secure payment link from 3 Points Travel to pay the balance, along with automated reminders at 30 days, 14 days, and 1 day before the deadline. If full payment is not received by the deadline, your booking will be subject to 3 Points cancellation policy and deposits are non-refundable.

  5. All bookings made for one (1) person will incur a Solo Traveller Surcharge, applied to reflect increased per-person costs for accommodation and logistics. The surcharge is as follows: £100 for all Division 3 packages and £50 for all Division 2 packages. This additional charge is not automatically included at checkout and will be requested separately  by 3 Points Travel Ltd upon confirmation of the booking. Payment must be made via a secure payment link, which will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. If the surcharge is not paid within 14 days of the request being sent, 3 Points Travel Ltd reserves the right to cancel the booking in accordance with our standard Cancellation Policy (see Section 4) or 3 Points cancellation policy.

  6. Please note that local city or tourist taxes may be charged directly by accommodation providers during your stay. These charges are set by local authorities and are not included in the price of your Mystery Football Tour package. Each traveller is personally responsible for paying any such taxes if requested. 3 Points Travel does not cover or reimburse these costs.

 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy 

  1. Upon agreeing to these terms and conditions, clients are not entitled to any refund for flight bookings placed subject to the acceptance of these terms. 

  2. Cancellations made 30 days days prior to the travel date are eligible for a refund on any cancellable elements to the travel package. This will be determined by 3 Points Travel Ltd in consultation with relevant travel partners where applicable. 

  3. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  4. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days before the travel departure date.

  5. Refunds will be processed within 28 days of cancellation.

  6. ​Failure to pay your balance by the deadline (30 days before departure) will be treated as a cancellation, and your booking will be forfeited in line with these terms.

5. Changes to Bookings

  1. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and any additional costs incurred. An administrative charge of £25 will be charged per booking, per amendment, unless otherwise stated. 

  2. Requests for changes to a booking must be made in writing to hello@3pointstravel.co.uk

6. Travel Documents

  1.  The client is responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas.

  2. The agency is not liable for any issues arising from invalid or missing travel documents.

  3. The client is solely responsible for ensuring that appropriate time is allowed for travel to and from airports and arriving for scheduled flights at the required time of travel. 3 Points Travel will not bear any costs for additional flight bookings.

 

7. Travel Insurance

  1. It is highly recommended that clients purchase travel insurance to cover potential risks such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.

  2. The agency offers does not offer personal travel insurance options. 

 

8. Liability

  1. The agency acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels).

  2. 3 Points Travel Ltd acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the conduct of guests during their stay at any accommodation. Should a client(s) be removed, evicted, or denied service by a hotel, hostel, or other lodging provider for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of property rules, noise complaints, disorderly behaviour, or failure to provide valid identification, 3 Points Travel Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever for any resulting costs, penalties, losses, or additional accommodation charges. Clients are solely responsible for adhering to the terms, conditions, and codes of conduct set by the accommodation provider. Any charges, fines, or alternative arrangements resulting from eviction or denied access are the full responsibility of the client.

  3. The agency is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.

  4. 3 Points Travel Ltd is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or schedule changes made by airlines or other transport providers. As these events are entirely outside our control, we accept no liability for any associated costs, missed connections, or consequential losses resulting from such disruptions.

  5. In the event of a cancellation or significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to support the client(s) in line with the standard rebooking and compensation procedures offered by the airline. This includes assisting with communication, guidance on refund claims, and helping to secure the next available flight under the terms set by the airline. However, 3 Points Travel Ltd cannot guarantee alternative arrangements or be held financially responsible for securing new flights, nor additional accommodation expenses that relate to a rescheduled flight.

 

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  1. Any complaints must be reported to the agency as soon as possible to allow for the opportunity to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

  2. Disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 

 

10. Governing Law

  1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.​

11. 3 Points Extra programme 

  1. Any expressed interest in a 3 Points Extra (e.g., stadium tours, local experiences, add-on activities) does not guarantee a confirmed booking. Extras are subject to availability, pricing, and confirmation by 3 Points Travel Ltd and must be:

  2. (a) Sourced and priced by 3 Points

  3. (b) Agreed to by the client, including confirmation of the date, time, and cost of the activity

  4. (c) A booking for a 3 Points Extra is only confirmed once full payment has been made (if applicable) and written confirmation has been issued by 3 Points Travel Ltd.

  5. (d) 3 Points Travel Ltd is not responsible for any missed activities due to the client’s own actions, such as lateness, non-attendance, or misunderstanding of meeting times or locations. In such cases, the matter must be taken up directly with the provider of the activity.

  6. However, if an Extra is cancelled by the provider, 3 Points Travel Ltd will support the client in seeking a refund or rearrangement, in line with the provider’s terms and conditions.

  7. Activities undertaken outside of 3 Points Travel Ltd's match tickets, return flights and weekend accomodation are at the clients own discretion and volition. it is hereby acknowledged that such activities may be physically dangerous and that clients engage in such activities with full knowledge and acceptance of any consequences. Similarly, clients undertaking these activities acknowledge that they are in good mental and physical health. It is further understood that 3 Points Travel Ltd has no direct control over the way that external activity providers provide their services, 3 Points Travel Ltd is solely an agent for the providers of these activities. 

  8. 3 Points Travel Ltd, its principals and agents are not held liable, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise including without limitation, liability for any direct, punitives, special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages in connection with the activities and including without limitation, liability which may be incurred through the fault, negligence or otherwise of the service provider. 3 Points Travel Ltd is exonerated from any liability with respect to the same. 

  9. Clients acknowledge that any liability by 3 Points Travel Ltd does not exceed the price paid by from the activities.

12. Discount codes and competitions 

  1. 3 Points Travel Ltd reserves the right to modify, decline, or cancel any discount code at any time without prior notice.The issuance and use of discount codes are subject to the sole discretion of 3 Points Travel Ltd.

  2. Discount codes cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.

  3. Each discount code has an expiration date, which will be specified at the time of issuance. Expired codes will not be accepted.

  4. Discount codes must be used before the stated expiration date, and no extensions will be granted.

  5. 3 Points Travel Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired discount codes

  6. Discount codes may be limited to specific products, services, or order values as stated in the offer details.

  7. Only one discount code may be applied per transaction unless otherwise stated.

  8. Discounts may not be applicable during sales events or combined with other promotions unless explicitly mentioned.

  9. 3 Points Travel Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

  10. By using a discount code, you agree to these terms and conditions.​

  1. The agency reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.
