“Free Points” Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
 

1. Promoter:

 

This giveaway (“Free Points”) is run by 3 Points Travel Ltd (“3 Points”), registered in the United Kingdom.

 

2. Prize:

​

 One winner will receive a mystery football weekend for x2 people. The prize includes:  

​

• Return flights from a UK airport

• 2 nights accommodation in the destination city

• Match tickets to a mystery football game

The destination and match will be revealed only after booking confirmation. 
3 Points reserve the right to select departure airport after consultation with the competition winner, accommodation and football game of 3 Points Travel Ltd’s choosing. T he prize is fully funded by 3 Points Travel Ltd.

3. How to Enter

​

 To enter participants must complete ALL of the following: 

​

• Follow @3pointstravel on Instagram. Winners will be contacted via Instagram in the first instance. 

• Like the ‘Free Points’ giveaway post.

• Tag another Instagram account in the comments section of the post.

• Participants can share the ‘Free Points’ giveaway post to their personal Instagram story for a bonus entry into the competition.

• No payment, entry fee or purchase is required to enter this giveaway. 

4. Eligibility

• This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over. Participant winners may take a guest of under 18 years old on the consent, and acceptance by 3 Points Travel. 

• One main entry per person, per account. One additional bonus entry per person, per account via story share.

• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of 3 Points Travel Ltd are not eligible. 

 

5. Competition Dates

• Competition opens at 09:00am on Friday 31 October 2025

• Entries close at 23:59pm on Sunday 16 November 2025.

• The winner will be announced within 7-14 days of competition closing, via 3 Points Travel’s Instagram page and website.  

• The winner must be available to travel on dates set by 3 Points. Travel dates are bound within February - March 2026.

• If the winner cannot travel on the proposed dates, 3 Points reserves the right to select another winner at random that has met the eligibility criteria above. 

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

• The winner will be contacted via Instagram. 

• The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize, by confirming these conditions when contacted by 3 Points Travel.

• All decisions made by 3 Points are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize Conditions

 

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• Any additional expenses (e.g. travel to UK airport, food, insurance, personal spending) are the responsibility solely of the competition winner.

• This prize is provided as part of a promotional giveaway by 3 Points Travel Ltd. It is not a travel package sold to the public and therefore is not covered by the ATOL scheme. The prize recipient will not be entering into a contract for the sale of a travel package with 3 Points Travel Ltd. Standard supplier terms with airlines, accommodation and match day tickers will apply to the components of the prize. 

• The trip will be organised and fulfilled under 3 Points Travel’s usual booking terms and conditions, which the winner must agree to before travel.

8. Publicity:

 

• By entering, participants agree that 3 Points may use their name, Instagram handle, and photos from the trip for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. General:

 

• 3 Points reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.

• Participants may withdraw from the competition at any time, by deleting entry via removing competition entry requirements. Such as: removing user follow from 3 Points Instagram account, removing likes from competition post. 

• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

• Entry constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability:

 

• 3 Points Travel Ltd are not responsible for any technical failures, unauthorised human intervention, or other errors that may occur in the processing or transmission of entries.

• By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless 3 Points Ltd and any respective affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

11  Governing Law:

 

• The giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

12. Data Protection:

• Personal data collected during the giveaway will be processed in accordance with 3 Points Travel Ltd’s privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.
