3 Points Travel have launched it's Black Friday promotional event. Alongside the usual terms and conditions of all trips booked, the promotional features include their own terms, which are listed below:

Promotional Period:
The Black Friday Discounts, or 'Promotion Party', 'Division 2 Becomes 1' and 'Weekend Winners' discounts are available for bookings made from Thursday 28 November 2024 to Monday 9 December 2024.

1. Eligibility:

   • The discount applies only to trips departing between Friday 10 January 2025 and Monday 31 March 2025.

   • The discount is valid for full-price items only. Packages booked via the deposit options are not eligible for this promotion.

2. Discount Usage:

   • The discount can be used once per customer during the promotion period.

   • This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers.

3. Booking Requirements:

   • For the 'Division 2 Becomes 1' promotional discount (Get Division 1 for the price of Division 2), customers must complete their booking by Monday 9 December.

   • For the 'Winter Winners' promotional discount (10% off all Divisions) customers must complete their booking by Monday 9 December 2024 23:59 GMT.

   • The discount code (if applicable) must be applied at the time of booking.

   • The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.

4. Exclusions:

   • The discount does not apply to additional services, upgrades, or third-party fees (e.g., flights, accommodations not included in the trip price, or insurance).

5. Cancellations and Changes:

   • If a booking made with the Black Friday Discount is canceled, the discount will not be reinstated or transferable to a new booking.

   • Any amendments to eligible trips may result in the forfeiture of the discount, at the discretion of 3 Points Travel.

6. Travel Conditions: Winners must comply with all travel requirements, including passport, visa, and any health and safety protocols that may be in place at the time of travel. 3 Points Travel are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the winners, including but not limited to travel insurance, additional meals, or personal expenses.

7. Organiser Rights:

   • The organise (3 Points Travel) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

   • In cases of dispute, the organizer's decision will be final.

8. Legal Compliance:

   • The promotional discounts and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.

   • The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

   • By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

9. Data Protection: Personal data collected during the giveaway will be processed in accordance with 3 Points Travel privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
