You can find your order details on your confirmation booking. This will start with a #.  You will need to enter this alongside the lead bookers email to link the booking to the passport information. 

 

Step 1: Gather Necessary Information

Before starting, ensure you have the following details for each member of your party:​

• First Name (as it appears on the passport)

• Middle Name(s) (if applicable and listed on the passport)

• Surname (as it appears on the passport)

• Document Type (typically a passport)

• Document Number (your passport number)

• Passport Expiry Date (in the format DD/MM/YYYY)

• Nationality (the nationality as listed on the passport)

• Country of Issue (where the passport was issued)

Step 2: Enter Passport Details for Each Passenger

 

For each passenger, follow these steps:

• Enter Full Name Name: Fill in the passenger’s first name exactly as shown on their passport. If applicable, enter any middle name(s) listed on the passport. If not listed, leave blank. Enter the surname (last name) as it appears on the passport.

• Document Type: Select the type of document you're using, typically “Passport.”

• Document Number: Enter the passport number exactly as shown on the passport (letters and numbers without spaces).

• Passport Expiry Date: Enter the date the passport expires (DD/MM/YYYY). Ensure the passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date.

• Nationality: Select the passenger’s nationality as indicated on the passport.

• Country of Issue: Select the country where the passport was issued (usually the same as the passenger’s nationality).

Click 'add more passengers' button to increase the number of people to match your booking. If your order contains over 6 people, you will have to submit two forms (further information will be provided separately via email).

Step 4: Confirm Extra Baggage Selection (Optional)

• Decide if you want to upgrade to a larger cabin bag for £45 - cabin baggage sizes

• Decide if you want to guarantee seats next to each other on the plane. Note: ALL members of the party must select this, so the quantity should match the number of people in your travelling party. The price relates to return flights.

Step 5: Review and Submit

• Ensure your details are correct and then confirm via the checkbox

• Submit your form by pressing the 'Submit Your Details' button at the bottom of the form.

Step 6: Confirmation

• After submission, you will receive a confirmation from 3 Points via email

Additional Tips:

• Complete Early: It’s recommended to complete this form as soon as possible and no later than one week before departure

• Changes: If you need to make changes to the information, contact 3pointstravel@gmail.com as soon as possible, quoting your order details. Additional charges may occur for changes in booking
