3 Points Travel have teamed up with Community Gaming Ltd (Sportskins) on a Division 1 Mystery Weekend Giveaway.

1. Eligibility:
- The giveaway is open to all participants aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Employees, affiliates, and partners of 3 Points and Sportskins, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
- Participants must be legal residents of a country where the giveaway is permitted.

2. Entry Requirements:
- To enter, participants must join the Sportskins game by Friday, 16 August 2024, 7:00 PM (local time).
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
- Participants must provide accurate and complete information when entering.

3. Giveaway Period:
- The giveaway period begins on Tuesday 13 August 2024 and ends at 7:00PM (local time) on Friday, 16 August 2024.
- Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. Prize Details:
- The prize consists of x2 Division 1 Mystery Weekend Packages.
- Winners will be selected at random and notified within 30 days (16 September 2024) of the giveaway closing date.
- The mystery weekend packages are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Winners must be able to travel during the year 2025. Specific travel dates will be communicated to the winners.

5. Winner Selection:
- Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received.
- Winners will be notified via email using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the first notification attempt, or if the winner is unable to travel in 2025, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Travel Conditions:
- Winners must comply with all travel requirements, including passport, visa, and any health and safety protocols that may be in place at the time of travel.
- 3 Points Travel and Sportskins are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the winners, including but not limited to travel insurance, additional meals, or personal expenses.

7. Publicity:
- By entering the giveaway, participants agree to have their name, likeness, and entry used for promotional purposes by 3 Points Travel and Sportskins without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions:
- 3 Points Travel and Sportskins reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
- The decisions of 3 Points Travel and Sportskins regarding all aspects of the giveaway are final and binding.

9. Limitation of Liability:
- 3 Points Travel and Sportskins are not responsible for any technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or other errors that may occur in the processing or transmission of entries.
- By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless 3 Points, Sportskins, and their respective affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

- The giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
