1. Introduction
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use 3 Points Travel if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2. Definitions
"Agency" refers to 3 Points Travel. The terms "3 Points Travel", "we", "us" and "our" pertain to a travel booking company situated in the UK.
"Client" refers to the person or entity booking travel services.
"Services" refers to travel-related services including but not limited to flights, accommodations, match day tickets, and travel insurance.
3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Where a trip cannot be arranged, customers are entitled to a full refund from purchase, or can accept alternative dates provided by the agency.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Payment methods accepted: all major Debit and Credit cards, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Upon agreeing to these terms and conditions, clients are not entitled to any refund for flight bookings placed subject to the acceptance of these terms.

Cancellations made 14 days days prior to the travel date are eligible for a refund on any cancellable elements to the travel package.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 13 days before the travel date.

Refunds will be processed within 28 days of cancellation.

5. Changes to Bookings

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and any additional costs incurred. An administrative charge of £25 will be charged per booking, per amendment, unless otherwise stated.

Requests for changes to a booking must be made in writing to 3pointstravel@gmail.com

6. Travel Documents

The client is responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas.

The agency is not liable for any issues arising from invalid or missing travel documents.

The client is solely responsible for ensuring that appropriate time is allowed for travel to and from airports and arriving for scheduled flights at the required time of travel. 3 Points Travel will not bear any costs for additional flight bookings.
7. Travel Insurance

It is highly recommended that clients purchase travel insurance to cover potential risks such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.

The agency offers does not offer personal travel insurance options.
8. Liability

The agency acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels).

The agency is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.
9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Any complaints must be reported to the agency as soon as possible to allow for the opportunity to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms
The agency reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.
